Covey and Paddle wants you, the customer to be completely satisfied.

In the case where you are not completely satisfied and

need to return an item purchased from

Customer Service will notify you by email regarding procedures and return form.

You can expect a refund, exchange or credit in the same form of payment originally used to make purchase.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.

We will ship exchanges to you at our expense within the U.S. Customers outside

the U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges.

Returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and include ALL original packaging,tags,etc.

Returns will not be accepted unless all of these requirements are met. 

If your items arrive damaged, please keep packing materials and immediately contact customer service.

Please Note:

1. We can only accept unwashed, unworn, unused and defective products.

2. Returns and exchanges need to be sent within 30 days of original purchase and delivery.


3. We cannot refund the purchase price of any item purchased from a Covey and Paddle dealer.
